We buy whole carcasses and break them down ourselves in our own cold room, rather than buying meat already portioned like most shops do. That means we control the quality from the whole animal down to the kilo in your bag, and we can cut exactly what you ask for - thickness, portion and trim. Three generations of the same family have worked this counter since 1959.

Households across Nairobi who want their meat cut properly, plus restaurants, hotels and schools we supply wholesale and in bulk. Many of our customers travel into town past closer butcheries to buy from us.
How to order
Walk in to the counter at Stall 55 any day of the week, or call 0707 700511 and we’ll cut your order and deliver it chilled anywhere in Nairobi. No minimum and no notice needed for normal orders. For a whole goat, a large nyama choma order or a wholesale delivery, a day’s notice helps. M-Pesa accepted.

Yes, we deliver chilled across Nairobi. Call 0707 700511 with what you need, we cut it fresh and send it to your door or wherever is convenient. Pay by M-Pesa.
Can you cut meat the way I want it?
Yes. Tell us the thickness, the portion and the trim, or just tell us what you’re cooking and we’ll pick the cut and prepare it for you. We’ll marinate it too if you want.
Do you supply restaurants and events in bulk?
Yes. We supply restaurants, hotels and schools wholesale, and do bulk orders like whole goat or lamb for events and nyama choma. Give us a day’s notice for the large ones.
